Step 1: Wash your hands and use clean utensils
Step 2: Take 2 tablespoon (30g approx) of Manna Rich Sprouted Ragi in a clean vessel
Step 3: Add 180ml (3/4th cup) of water or milk and stir well
Step 4: Cook for 3-4 minutes over a low flame and stir continuously. Cool down and feed the porridge. Discard any unfed porridge
